There is an approximately 3 foot space between the bedroom walls and ceiling. This is a top floor loft. There is a common roof top deck with bbq and comfortable seating and lounging. Elevator is a quick ride in a short building. No waiting excessively to ride down 30 floors. Note, For Gym Access, There are numerous other gyms, cross fit, YMCA close by. Parking: If you rent the entire condo, 2 parking spaces included. Renting just the room, see fees below. One is heated, garaged car space, with a remote and elevator access. A second, on-premise, gated, out-door, but sheltered parking space and remote is also available each for small additional fee of $2.00/day.
