Long, Light and average looking
July 23, 2015If you are looking for a spacious, unique and talk-worthy apartment, please keep looking, this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for a narrow as a bowling alley lane, extremely bland and no frills unit, I have found your dream pad. Complete with 2 tiny bedrooms (windows included in both), a separate living room, an eat-in (using this term generously) kitchen and a bathroom that has all the necessary equipment but no leg room, this place has it all (except an elevator, ...laundry, dishwasher or doorman). This non-luxury apartment is outfitted with all white walls, white tile, and no trendy brick walls. However, note this building is in the most desirable spot in the Upper West Side. You will be 1 avenue from the park, smack in between the 1,2,3 and the B,C trains, 2 blocks from Club TJ (Trader Joe's) and has a wine store next door #winning. All in all, it has all the makings of a legal New York City apartment and won't completely break your bank.
