November 5, 2024I really hate leaving bad reviews that why I tried to avoid reviewing for as long as I tried. Since moving in, I had nothing but negative experiences. To start, they had me at a set date but never gave a time until the day of. I paid my movers $500 to move me but had to reschedule because the apartment wasn’t ready. I’m result, that costed me extra money. Then they made me pay for their renters insurance when I already had my own. I changed the policy address to the address that I knew which was ...the apartments I was moving into. I later found out that was the wrong address to put on a policy so I was stuck with their insurance. When I did switch the insurance to the policy address that they told me, the manager Shania Gosa gave me the worse time. She did not but argued with me when she was the one in the wrong and STILL charged me for her reading error. Next, I’ve been dealing with yellow/ greenish water. I’m scared of their plumbing system. November 18, 2024Terrible communication. Bait and switched me without even letting me know which messed up my insurance and internet. Apartment wasn't clean and had a broken blower motor on the hvac unit. Made zero attempt to rectify their deceptive practices and made me feel like it was my fault/issue. October 29, 2024Very quiet place to live. Management can be hard to get ahold of at times, but for the most part, they are friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the dog poop.
