Beach Living !!
August 30, 2015Good location, on the west side of town. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach! Run by a management company that is very responsive to any concerns you might have. Units are very well maintained, most of them with remodeled kitchens (granite counter tops, new cabinets), Berber carpet and extra large balconies. Laundry room on site. This 14 unit building does sit on the corner and it can be noisy at times. Also, they have yet to replace the windows with thicker ones so sometimes the planes from LAX ...can be bothersome. They already have the building wired for DirecTV, which was extremely helpful. Never have had any problems with neighbors and we have enjoyed living here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
