I love my apartment and neighborhood

Ditmas Park, Brooklyn is a diverse location with lots of affordable apartments. My apartment is very spacious and the building is well maintained. I love it because it's a small building with few tenants, so it's really peaceful. Just what I need after a long day at work. Its also close to public transportation and many stores. My rent is very affordable when compared to high rents in many Brooklyn neighborhoods. My only complaint is that I am close to Flatbush Avenue so I do hear the ocassional ...
horns blowing and sirens. But that is expected with city living. Overall it's a great neighborhood.
