    Struggling college student? Single and looking for a fairly priced place? Then this building is great. Located in an ok area, from the outside, it doesn't look like much, but like mama always said, "never judge a book by its cover." This one bedroom apartment comes with hardwood floors throughout and tiled floors in both, the bathroom and kitchen. Built to comfortable fit one, this bachelor/bachelorette pad has a nice sized balcony, great for a small bbq or outside lounge area. It is also within ...
    walking distance of 2 Sacramento Regional Transit Lightrail stations (Royal Oaks & Arden) as well as several bus stops. This is perfect if you're commuting to work or school. Here, you are only a 6 minute drive from Arden mall and a 15 minute drive from Downtown Sacramento. That's about 15-20 dollars if you catch a cab home from a night of fun in Sacramento's downtown area. The neighbors are also very friendly. But the best part is the management; they are always on top of any problems or concerns you might have and are very understanding when it comes to your financial needs.
