Spacious comfy apartment
August 14, 2015There are very few apts this big in NY where apt size is shrinking by the day. It is well maintained by the co-op office with staff is always there to help. The place is close to bus stop, train commute, malls, grocery stores, restaurants, parks and places of worship. I love living here. August 13, 2015I REALLY LOVE WHERE I LIVE LATELY JUST HAVEN'T ALOT OF PROBLEMS KEEPING UP WITH THE RENT DUE TO LACK OF MONEY. WOULD LOVE TO WIN SO MY RENT COULD BE PAID FOR ONE YEAR THEN I WOULD BE ABLE TO PROVIDE FOR MY SON AND GRAND KIDS BETTER. WHAT A BLESSING THIS COULD BE.Review from Apartments.com
Excellent Place
August 4, 2015I cannot express how blessed I am to have this apartment. Its has helped me financially. I have a great view of the of the GW Bridge on the 21th floor. It has central Air so I never have to worry about feeling too hot or cold.. the apartment is spacious. If any work needs to be done in the apartments I just make a call and it gets done immediately. I feel safe knowing that are coop cops patrolling the area. I am walking distance to the shopping mall, restaurants and lots of outdoor space. I ...don't have to leave the area. July 31, 2015Lovely 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment with a balcony overlooking the LI Sound. Nice community in the North Bronx near Westchester with an easy commute into NYC. Amenities include: independent police department for the community, on-site doorman, laundry room in basement, greenways/ parks and bike paths, The Mall at Bay Plaza shopping, close access to major highways, on-call maintenance staff.
