Worse Building
January 11, 2022I lived in this building for less than 2 years cause not only the building is always dirty but the super doesn’t know how to fix nothing!!! The landlord is money hungry but doesn’t want to fix or run this building properly. You have to call 311 constantly to get heat ! They have a colony of cat is the back yard mating constantly meowing all hours of the night!!! He will make the apt look nice & over price the apt and as soon as you move in the problem begin!!! All walls have painted over mold no ...intercom system the building had a robbery last year !! There’s constant parties all day no respect for those who work and let’s not go into the issue with pet and rodents!! The super doesn’t clean the building at all!! He mops with the same dirty water and mop without changing!! And don’t let Amazon leave packages they steal them.. adults & teenagers be smoking weed on the first set of stairs by the windows!! Management does nothing but will hound you for rent but doesn’t put the same effort to hire a better super to do the work!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
