Beware of the Landlord

When renting, please check to make sure your Landlords are legit and up to date with mortgage, and not people who file for bankruptcy every 5 years, if paying your own utilities make sure all the connections are proper, check for molds and gas leak especially if you have kids. If your Landlords are people who love to call you on the 29th of the month beware, make sure they are on top of every problem and situations.
