Difficult to deal with.
January 4, 2021Very disappointed in the experience. First apartment (basement)flooded during a rainy period. Moved to an upstairs apartment where the cold wind comes thru the slats in the wall. What was most disappointing is how they handled the refund for the deposit. Took extraordinary liberties in reducing the refund and then unwilling to accept calls. Bad form all the way around. Would not recommend.Review from Apartments.com
