Great property, wonderful landlord!
August 11, 2024It’s been a pleasure living here on Grant. It’s a very short drive to the 405, and close to Perry Park and a lot of shops. 10 min drive to the beach. I don’t mind the street and fire station noise, since they usually don’t turn on the sirens until they’re halfway down the block, especially at night. Landlord is very professional and responds quickly to requests. A very kind and genuine person.Review from Apartments.com

August 7, 2024I absolutely love my apartment! I’ve been living here for 5 years now. The building owners are professional, thoughtful, and genuinely nice individuals. I feel very comfortable & safe living here. My neighbors are friendly & respectful of the space & of each other’s privacy. The building & grounds are consistently clean. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Very safe for walking, running, etc., There are only 5 units & each unit has its own enclosed garage space & the garage space has additional ...storage space, which comes in very handy. Ideal location: Very close to Target, several Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Del Amo Mall, lots of yummy restaurants to choose from. On the weekends, I walk to the beach to help unwind from the busy work week. I feel very lucky to have found this place & I’m very happy living here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
