August 18, 2015This building is in a great spot. It's close to multiple subway lines, restaurants, and anything else you'd need at any time of day or night. There's a grocery store at the end of the block, which is super convenient. At 15th Street and 8th Avenue, this building is where Chelsea, West Village, and the Meatpacking District meet. It's a short walk from Union Square or Hudson River Park, and one Avenue from Chelsea Market. This is the perfect location for many moods, if you can stand being in a very ...busy area. 15th street is busy at all times and gets dirty, especially on weekends when partiers are walking from the Meatpacking clubs to Union Square. The building is a typical old tenement style building. The neighbors are respectful of each other, and I've had no problems with the management company.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
