Squirrels sometimes get in the attc, no one site laundry, the yard is not completely fenced in (but the landlord is pet friendly!). And, speaking of the landlord, he is pretty laid back, and rarely visits the property, but also is a little laxed on upkeep (as noted), and doesn't always follow up with the small stuff (leaky sink, an outlet that doesn't work), but with the most important things he's good (stove breaks). Overall, it's a nice place and comparably, low rent for decent space.
