Very shabby in Logan Square
August 5, 2015Old, white dollar store bathroom and kitchen tiles. Not updated. Neighbor on second floor is very loud and has vagrant visitors. Landlord speaks minimal English and is ineffectual. Apartment building is not well-maintained. Apartment is very cold during the winter; windows are not installed properly and snow will often enter the apartment through cracks in the windows. There is no carbon monoxide detector or working fire alarm. Neighbors across the alley throw very loud yard parties into early ...morning. Neighborhood has a large homeless population.
