February 24, 2021The landlord is constantly renting to tenants that always create problems, either with noise, drugs, police calls. It is non stop drama. If you can rent somewhere else I suggest you do. You will not regret it. I lived on this mans property for almost 6 years in a downstairs apartment. During those 6 years, this man had 7 to 8 evictions almost every year, problem tenants. You have been warned.Review from Apartments.com
