AVOID AT ALL COSTS
April 11, 2021Absolute garbage. I've lived here for the past couple years and am about to leave. You name the problem, this place has it. Electrical issues, roaches, washer/dryer broken. Landlord keeps his family members' things in the basement and garage so there's random furniture everywhere and you have to park your car in a small parking lot (three-car maximum) or on the street. No central air so the place can only be cooled with window AC units, of which the landlord only provided ONE so the back bedroom ...is always burning up. Doesn't regulate the heat appropriately, so the whole building is hot as heck during the winter.
