Falsely advertised with lazy landlord
January 1, 2019The majority of what was advertised has been false. There are tenants who blast at all hours of the day and night. While we were told this is grounds for eviction, the landlord refuses to do anything. The landlord does not respond to any maintenance requests unless it involves him directly getting paid. There is no functioning washer and dryer. There is a building wide cockroach infestation and our landlord has stopped answering phone calls, text messages and actively ignores us when he is on the ...premises.
