    I have enjoyed living in this community. Management and staff are wonderful. The amenities are exceptional. Maintenance repairs are super quick. I would love to remain at this property.

    I love the potential of my place. I gave it 5 stars 3 years ago. Now I’m frustrated with the lack of care for some of the amenities that drew me here. The grills at the pool have been down for over a year and we’ve been promised they’d get fixed but it’s never happened. There’s much less communication from the office than previously on important things like changes in trash pickup due to holidays etc. I still love the security of living I this type of building and the handful of shops and ...
    restaurants downstairs are nice. I also like the security of the parking garage. Attention to anything that needs fixing is my apt is prompt so that’s a plus.

    I have been here for over 2 years now! I love my apartment and have met a lot of really great people. Location is great for convenience to shopping, groceries, food, restaurants, pharmacy, and easy access to beltway. You do hear the highway, but that is only natural and you get to where you don't notice the common traffic unless you are thinking about it! I plan to live here for quite a while! The staff is awesome, maintenance and office, and is a very safe set up as far as the building ...
    structure design. With bad weather I feel safe in my apartment for most conditions and for extreme severe the parking garage is interior and reinforced so safest place to be in a really bad storm! Can't ask for more than that in an apartment!

    The apartment is very nice and in such a nice area. Everything is close by! So far as a new resident i am enjoying it a lot. I definitely recommend going out and scouting the area as there is a lot of hidden gems.

    I moved in to the apartment and all of my furniture, clothes, shoes started getting infested with mold. I had to move out to a different unit and get a new lease because my son was getting sick. I had to throw away many pieces of clothing and got a new dining table and couch set. I told the manager many times and nothing was done about it all they said was they were going to get in touch and it is about to be 3 months.

    Moving in was a smooth and convenient process. The office staff was incredibly helpful and resilient in answering all my questions. I appreciated that the onsite storage closets were close to my unit, making it easy to transport my items. The community is very quiet, which I love, as it allows for peaceful, noise-free sleep. I believe my stay at 255 Assay will be a wonderful experience.

    It’s a whole vibe here at 255 and I love it! There are so many opportunities to gather and meet as well as reconnect with other residents. The office staff is very friendly and approachable. I just love the ladies and especially how they make you feel like you’re important and recognized. It is always something fun and exciting going on in Redemption Square.
