February 28, 2025Living at 255 S Grand has been an incredible experience. The building offers top-tier amenities, breathtaking views, and a prime location in DTLA. The modern design, spacious units, and attentive management make it a great place to call home. The pool, and gym are standout features, and the community is friendly. February 19, 2025it seems like everyweek i run into an issue. 1st week - ice maker not working 2nd week - shower making weird noises and AC leak flooded hallway 3rd week - laundry room not working. i wonder what issue im going to run into next week. wish me luck everyoneProperty Manager Responded

February 1, 2025This place is far from perfect, there are some cons for sure mainly dealing with the elevators and the parking situation. Outside of that its a great location with good neighbors and lots of appeal.Property Manager Responded

January 7, 2025I would strongly advise against moving into this building. The management is extremely poor, and there have been no meaningful improvements. The trash chute has been broken for over six months, and fruit flies are a persistent issue in the units. For the rent they charge, this place is far from worth it. There is absolutely nothing luxurious about this building it’s completely misrepresented.Review from Apartments.com

January 4, 2025Overall, the experience here has been nice and quiet. Although, I enjoy a more lively community, it’s what you make it. I love the facilities as it does have lounge areas and outdoor areas to escape to when you don’t want to be inside all day. I give this place a 4 out of 5 as some of the areas of improvement is replacement of the beautiful grounds that have not bee placed back together (this does take a while), but unaware of the real hold up. Also, my trash shoot has been clogged for a little ...while and the time to fix is beyond normal. Again, it other tenants that don’t follow instructions on how to trash things.
