      The area of the building is very quiet, not to much commotion going on. The building is in a very convenient location. There is EVERYTHING around here from food of all kinds of variety's to pharmacy's to grocery stores, it is great to be close to so many different options. This is located in a very nice part of the Bronx. The apartment itself is rather small, VERY expensive for a 1BR. But if you have a roommate it is worth it.
