This place seems nice, but of course has a lot of flaws.
August 14, 2015At first this apartment seemed great, but as I discovered, it only turned out to be a nightmare. El Paso is old but I expected more for the price. Only three grounded plugs exist in this apartment, first night, there was a water leak that spilled onto the tie floor, lifting it. The doors into the apartment constantly get stuck. Repairs hardly fix the problem, such as the swamp cooler that constantly stops for no reason. Not to mention the repairs often take days to even be recognised, such as the ...fridge that took days to repair, which now is replaced with a noisier unit. Paint chips in the bathtub makes taking a bath very uncomfortable. I will say neighborhood is seemingly quiet and management takes into consideration problems that may arise with tenants. This place needs to be properly fixed up, it has potential but for the price, it's not worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
