Great Property!
August 20, 2020I stayed here from fall 2019 to fall 2020 and I had nothing but a mostly positive experience! The units are actually very spacious for your dollar in West LA and offer nothing less than a “homey” and quiet area. The infrastructure is a little old, walls are thin and floors are quite thin. I do recommend getting a unit upstairs if possible! However, Its totally worth it because the appliances run pretty well and most neighbors are very friendly. The landlord is very transparent and the building ...manager, Javier, is a wonderful guy, too. Responds quickly and is always happy to help if anything goes wrong in the apartment! There have been a couple of car break-ins in the alley area. Just make sure you keep all wallets and technologies out of sight from your car’s window! Overall, I loved it here. I truly wish I could stay. My friend describes the location as “the perfect hotspot to everything you need” which is very true! 2 minutes from the 405 and 5 mins from PCH even though you don’t hear it or feel like it! Management MIA
August 12, 2019The apartment complex was sold to Positive Investments about 3 years ago and since then it is impossible to get any response from the company. Had to find people myself to fix things due to non response. Also one unit has be subletting and management looks away without any background on those in that unit. There are spiders and they have a thorn bush right beside the walkway to dumpster and laundry that isnt managed and will grab you as you walk by ruining clothes.Review from Apartments.com
