It's unlikely you'll find a better value in this part of Omaha. Downtown, Old Market, and Midtown (the best night-life areas) are all within a 15-20 minute walk. Easy access to the interstate. No pet fees. There are some rougher neighborhoods nearby, but I personally have always felt safe and haven't had any problems. The only minor complaint to be had is that communication with the management could be improved. They're very nice and chill people, but sometimes you need to pester them a little ...
regarding maintenance and such.
