March 14, 2024Lived in apartment 5, the 2 story house at the back of the property. Contacted management multiple times about the stairs being wobbly due to dry rot and we're ignored, also ignored about several old windows being inoperable and unable to open. Finally gave up and had to report them to the state, which forced their hand to fix the issues. Property was not maintained prior to us moving in, and had not even been cleaned. If you're thinking of renting here, also keep in mind you're 3 blocks from a ...homeless shelter. Sacramento tattoo and piercing are some great neighbors, so that's a plus. Other than that though, living in that apartment was so bad and so stressful that we decided to pick up and move to Raleigh.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
