This house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of trees yet located close to down town and is right by Theodore Wirth Park & Robbinsdale. The garage is huge and has ample space for extra storage including a built-in workbench and shelves. The yard is big with a lot of trees to keep the house cool in the summer and the backyard has new fencing. The house also has brand new windows & easy access to mail and packages while enjoying a little bit of nature in the middle of Minneapolis. There is also lots of parking available in the front if you don't want to rent the garage. There is an extra charge for the garage, pets & a small application fee to cover the background check. I spent a lot of time and money over the last 4+yrs renovating my house and bringing it back to life so I need to make sure that the new tenant is a good fit that will take care of my home.
