after I was testing negative the property manager would not send an exterminater even when they built a nest INSIDE MY APARTMENT(the worst it got there was approximately 30- 40 in my unit). I had to push her to do her job multiple times before she took action. When the exterminator sprayed it did nothing to deter the wasps so he hit the attic and then winter froze over so wasp activity died down. The 1st day of 2021 that got above 50 degrees I found 4 in the apartment, so that indicates treating the attic did nothing and they are in the walls ( as wasps normally are ). They treated my apartment and the attic again but found no nest so this further shows it would be in a wall, I see them going in and out of holes in the bricks outside sometimes. Any one who knows what they are doing would have them look for a nest instead of just spraying. The property manager never seems happy to do he job or get things done and is always in a bad mood when I tell her I keep finding wasps. Due to these conditions I would like to leave but she refuses to talk to her boss to allow me out of the lease. The complex is very nice just very very very poor management.
