Location cannot be beat. Steps from Houston. Steps from Prince. Virtually silent at night, but a stones throw from everything you could possibly want or need. The management company is AMAZING. A rarity in NYC unfortunately. Building is clean and well kept, but it could use a little renovating. The apartments are primitive, but then again I wouldn't be able to afford anything at this size in such a ridiculous location if it had all the bells and whistles. Can't give 5 but would give 4.5 ...
