February 13, 2025Josh and the team have been beyond caring with us! The maintenance requests are immediately answered, though we havent been capable to assist to many of the community activities we do appreciate the effort put into building our community. Common areas are always taken care of. It would be great if there's an schedule carpet cleaning on our side of the building but im sure it will, since besides that all the gym, office, etc is always clean.Property Manager Responded

February 3, 2025While this is my last month, I have enjoyed my 2 years at 2900 W Dallas. The office staff and maintenance are great as well as the amenities. My only “issue” is the cost to stay here, which of course you do get what you pay for! However if you can swing it, highly recommend!Property Manager Responded
