do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else
October 31, 2022This apartment has horrible service. everything has gone downhill after there was a change in management. The elevator has been down for months and any complaints made to the building Mgt is met with indifference. The hallways stink and everything has just become terrible. it took them several months to set up their systems which made it difficult for us to pay rent and put in service requests. The new management is unwilling to be flexible and they are very slow to respond. they are quick to ...collect money from you but in all other things they are slow and indifferent and this makes the living conditions in the apartment vey unbearable. do your self a favor and rent somewhere else. definitely leaving as soon as my lease is up.Property Manager Responded

wow, it's just AMAZING how they deal with issues
September 2, 2021I don't know how this management deserve 4+ star since they basically just get you sign up and forget about you the moment you do. We moved in about a month ago and at the time we expressed concern about potential noise, and make it really obvious that it's something important to us. Whoever was handling us made it sound promising that should there be a noise complain, the management will work on it immediately. On the first day we move in, there has been consistently noise from kids above us ...stomping the floor 7 am in the morning. We all understand there can be noisy at time in downtown area, but 7AM EVERYDAY REALLY We tried contacted the management, and it's been A MONTH WITH NO REPLY AT ALL! so for whoever that's looking, this apartment has zero sound prove and management shows zero care. Update: they are trying to make people pay 300+ more in rent moving to another similar unit when they have no fault in the situation, not allowing you the find someone to take over your lease, or charge you 6k to break a lease, you pick the option! :)Property Manager Responded
September 8, 2021Hello, I am sorry to hear noise from a neighbor has caused you so much frustration. At 2900 on First we will make all efforts to resolve any situation where noise level is louder than acceptable apartment living standards. It is certainly understandable that above average noise can be disruptive, and our team always works with all neighbors involved to address these matters. Resolutions will be looked at and offered as necessary based on review of any reports of loud noise. We would love to discuss this with you directly. Could you please send your contact information and details to ICanHelp@aircommunities.com? We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you. - Susan

Nice Building Bad Move Out
January 16, 2020I cannot recommend living in this apartment building at this time due to my experience with the ending of the lease. I got married and needed to end my lease early so I could move in with my wife. I was given two options: move out and continue to pay my rent until they found someone to take over my apartment. Or pay two months' rent as a termination fee. I chose the former as I was told that it would be easy to have someone move in quickly. I was then told, after signing off on moving out on ...the conditions listed, that the option I agreed to was not going to be available. Communicating with the office was by no means easy, with weeks going by without any response from the management team. The Aimco Customer Care After Move-Out Team was not responsive either. This is a $3000 dollar difference. If you have the sort of money where $3000 doesn't matter, this might be the building for you. I'll post an update if anything changes.Property Manager Responded

Newly Upgraded in Great Belltown Location!
July 28, 2015This building has finally finished renovations. With a new gym, package delivery system, clubhouse, dog park, and common courtyard are, updated elevators, I can honestly say I love where I live. When I first moved here a year ago, I didn't know what to expect given poor reviews from those stuck in their apartments during renovation. Luckliy, all apartments had been renovated when I moved in. My first apartment was an upgraded studio that surprisingly felt very spacious and had upgraded ...appliances. My second and current apartment is a 1br that had such a great layout and price, I signed an 18mos. lease. The rooms are spacious, includes a laundry room, and a decent sized balcony. I overlook the courtyard so noise from 1st Ave. is present but minimal. The location is great with a couple minute walk to the Sculpture Park and waterfront, and a ten minute walk to Pike Place and downtown shopping. I love that I'm in the city while not fully in the city. Lastly, the leasing staff is always very friendly and helpful and I have nothing bad to say about the management company. Overall, a great place to live in Seattle.Property Manager Responded
