New owners this year have destroyed these apartments
October 23, 2018First, why does it say 4 stars, when there is only one star in one review? Shady rankings. Second, the info above is wrong: they are 2 story, not 3, and there is no balcony. And they built a horrible plastic dog bath, so I guess plastic dogs are okay. Also, some people won't get parking. They are jacking up the 1BR to 2BR, with no parking, and closet-sized rooms. Oh, and no closets in some of the apartments! True. They have been doing construction, and redoing all the mistakes, for almost 8 ...months now. The worst
October 23, 2018Expect to be harassed by the staff at the office and have your rent go up over 30% in a year. Tons of termites in the building and the walls are super thin.Review from Apartments.com
HORRIBLE OWNERS
August 11, 2018Non-rent controlled. Shoddy repairs. The owners are known to harass the tenants. SUPER HIGH rents that will/can go up with no notice. It is a great neighborhood so keep looking. This is not a place to settle down.Review from Apartments.com
