January 23, 2025I like it here it is nice and quiet and have met several new people and made a new friend. I had an issue with a leak and it was attended to right away. I still need a couple things done and hope they are taken care of soon.Review from Apartments.com

January 5, 2025Front desk staff has always been helpful and kind. I love the space itself. If I have any major concerns it's with the upkeep of certain amenities. The gates to both dog parks are destroyed and it's been months, for example.Property Manager Responded

December 2, 2024i’ve been living in 3 Coners east for almost 2 years. My experience has been great. I feel so comfortable and safe since they have security 24 seven a gated code entrance maintenance , office staff. really nice Cordial they really make me feel at home my only question is why should I have to pay 40. $ for a parking spot as Resident I should have a designated parking spot for the apartment without payment .Property Manager Responded
