Cockroach problem
April 10, 2018I have lived in a one bedroom apartment in the building with a newly renovated kitchen for over a year. I like the size of the apartment and its convenient location, however, the issue has been an ongoing problem with cockroaches despite keeping the space immaculate and very clean. The roaches are mainly concentrated to the kitchen and bathroom and no amount of extermination services seems to get rid of the infestation. The building used to provide bi-weekly extermination services but stopped ...doing so in November of 2017.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Nice one bedroom
September 22, 2015I like the apartment I currently live in. It is in a great location on the corner of 30th ave and Crescent st. in Astoria. It has a decently sized living room and kitchen and a large bedroom. It's the perfect size for me and my girlfriend. However, at $1695 per month, it is a bit pricy and the price is going up to $1800 if we want to renew our lease. The building has laundry and pets are allowed. If you have a decent income and want to live in an area with a bunch of bars and restaurants, this ...could be the apartment for you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Amazing location and space, one small complaint
September 22, 2015Love the location and actual space of our apartment, only complaint is a very small one regarding maintenance. Laundry room is out of order frequently and the maintenance dept is often unresponsive. However, we have updated appliances and have had very few maintenance related issues in our unit so we have not needed maintenance very much at all. Rent is fair and we have never been disturbed for any reason. The location is also amazing, only about a 5-6 minute walk from the 30th ave n/q station ...and equidistant from Astoria ditmars and the park as well as LIC!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
