    My daughter lives at 30 East and LOVES it! She is a student attending Columbia College and enjoys having everything she needs close by. Stunning views, secure entrance and clean apartments. But what makes this place so special is the super cool STAFF. They go above and beyond to make residents feel happy and have fun. Cool events ranging from grocery bingo to free flower making and many more. It makes me as a parent want to live there. Thanks for going that extra step and making 30 East ...

    The process of moving in, the experience of living here, and the transfer process between floor plans have been extremely smooth and the staff is incredibly responsive and helpful. Very very happy to be living here, and can’t think of a reason why I’d ever leave.

  • I love it here!

    30 East has become a home to me! The staff, Brooke and Bri, are excellent and very, very helpful! They are so welcoming, and kind, and they also follow up quickly with me if I have any questions! The application and leasing process was very smooth! I love the amenities and THE VIEW!! I would recommend 30 East to anyone and everyone!

    My daughter lived in a one bedroom at 30 East for three years (fall 2020-summer 2023). She loved it and it was the perfect location for attending CCC. The staff we all great including maintenance. Brooke, the assistant manager is especially nice and eager to help. I highly recommend this property.

  • Great Place to Live!

    30 East is a great place to be! I have visited multiple times as a guest and have enjoyed it each time. Front desk patrol is friendly and welcoming, the events the leasing office puts on are fun and inclusive, and the amenities in the building are fantastic. I recommend 30 East to all who are looking for fully furnished apartments.

  • Best place to live

    I loved living here. Wonderful staff, great amenities, and the apartment was the perfect size for me. Having an onsite fitness center was huge as well. Saved me a lot of money on a gym membership and the convenience of having it in the building was awesome. It was really affordable and made living in the city for school very easy for me. My friends loved visiting me and would often ask if I knew of open apartments all the time. I really enjoyed how easy it was to walk to different places such as ...
    restaurants and shopping locations. My neighbors were quiet and friendly as well which was a huge perk to living here. If you are even thinking about living here I would apply and ask for a tour. They will answer all of your questions and then some while you are there. Great timeliness with repairs to the apartment as well. I would have stayed forever if I didn’t get a job elsewhere.

  • You’ll LOVE 30 East!

    I’ve been living at 30 East for almost 2 years now and it has been a highlight of my college experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better or safer space to stay. The staff are very friendly and are always going out of their way to help you. They have a lot of fun events in the building and you get to meet a lot of new people. If you are looking for a fun and welcoming space, 30 East is it!

  • Beautiful apartment complex!

    This apartment complex is amazing! I found it on this website and toured a unit. The units are updated with up to date appliances and modern furniture that creates a homey feeling. I love the in-unit washer & dryer- always a major plus! During the tour I was able to view the 17th floor deck. The views were gorgeous!! I would definitely recommend this apartment complex!
