Not worth your time of money
May 13, 2022Yikes. The place is filthy (just look at the elevator buttons for starters). The Superintendent is generally absent and the Handymen and Doormen do the absolute minimum. This place simply isn’t worth your time or money.Review from Apartments.com
Stay away from Rudin buildings
February 24, 2022Terrible property management, above market rent, rude doormen, and cheap renovations that quickly fall apart. This building is not worth your money.Review from Apartments.com
