The second floor has the laundry room, linen closet, 2 bedrooms, and a tiled shower. The upstairs bathroom is set up perfect for people sharing the rent! You only share the tiled shower (note: there is no bathtub). Each bedroom has its own vanity and toilet. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. Pets are welcome so long as they are spayed/neutered and up to date on shots. $175 deposit per pet with half conditionally refundable. Security Deposit is $1500. Rent is $1350. One year lease is required. Tenant pays for all utilities except Trash. Property Management takes care of lawn and garbage service.
