quieter area of Capitol hill. 2) Given the apartment location I have a direct view of the Space Needle in Winter when the trees loose their leaves in the little park across the street. I also have a nice partial view of downtown and lake Union. I like that in the summer the leaves cover this though, as the shade is much appreciated as well as the sense of privacy. 3) Owners are a very nice couple who take an interest in the tenants and their buildings upkeep. They have worked with me beyond my expectations when I had trouble making rent. 4) Any scheduled maintenance always is announced to the tenants if there is any impact to us and is done in a timely manner. maintenance requests I've had are always answered promptly and professionally. Manager is always available for any questions or issues that pop up.
