Expensive, super is non-existent and landlord doesn't care - save your time and money
August 12, 2015Considering the apartments here cost more than $2k, it's absurd how little the landlord and super care about the building. The super is almost never available and when you contact him he usually just tells you to call the landlord who is either suspiciously nice or loud and rude. The landlord also almost never does anything the first time you ask and sometimes tries to tell you why it's your fault. There are constantly vermin in the building, the tiles on the stairs are falling apart and last ...winter the heat went out three times. Whenever he hires contractors to do a job, most of the time they do the bare minimum and things fall apart all over again. The area and apartment sizes are great but I wouldn't recommend living here. The turnover rate is absurdly high so you'll probably just have to find a new apartment after the first year anyway. Don't waste your broker's fee or your time.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
