East Village Oasis
August 6, 2015It's not just an apartment, it's a home. And it's been my home for over 40 years. Apartments are very spacious and detailed with an arched living room entry, built in shelves, beamed ceilings and the most special feature -- a large communal garden every tenant can enjoy. We have a newly renovated laundry room and you can forget about needing quarters because we are on the refillable card system now. The building is maintained by one of the best superintendents. We may not have a doorman or ...gym, but the charm of the building and friendliness of the tenants is what has made a number of us call 310 East 12 Street home for many years.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
