Not worth the proximity to UPS
March 28, 2019This building was built long before 1958 and as a result the windows are ancient and don't help in the winter. It has radiator heat that works poorly and in the summer you should be prepared for spending lots of time away from your apartment because it gets up to 90 degrees in some of the upper units especially. You can't use a window air conditioner because the wiring has never been updated and could cause a fire with all the power utilized by an AC. Can't use space heaters in the winter for the ...same reason. In fact you have to get outlet adapters because all the outlets are only for 2 pronged cords. Dave, the property manager, is a nice guy but this building needs an extreme update or needs to be torn down. No wonder he's renting month to month to new tenants.
