Poor Quality
January 21, 2020He allowed tenants to rent rooms when they were not even finished. He just about refuses to fix anything in the apartment or take 4 months to think about it. He used some sort of construction crew that clearly has no idea what there doing. My apartment was only half done. Sharp metal is out in the open, they never cleaned up the dead mice and roaches, they only changed the floor in half the apartment, the didn’t replace the steps to upstairs they only covered them, and the water pressure in the ...place is so low you can’t even shower. He charges like $550 with $100 up charge if you want pet and with electric on top of that. Let alone the $1300 damage fee before entry that you can’t get back unless you sign a 2 year lease. Not gonna lie it’s not worth $5 to live in that crap. Never rent from his guy.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
