Good Spot in Columbia Heights
July 20, 2015My apartment is three bedrooms, two floors, two bathroom, and includes a backyard. The apartment is of decent quality and we have a good relationship with the landlord. Two of the bedrooms are smaller, below ground level, and do not get a tremendous amount of light. The apartment was recently renovated and while some of the work was a bit shoddy, the interior is nice for the most part. We have had issues with pests in the past. The apartment is a great deal for the space and location. However, ...the owners are not restricted by DC's rent control laws so rent has increased at a high percentage since we first moved in and will likely soon catch up to the high rents of the surrounding area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
