Noise from Across The Street
March 23, 2022My Apartment is ok, a bit smaller than I would have wanted but ok. The rents are higher than the compression to others in the area , but the location to the beach is great. My biggest complaint is the fact they they are building a Gigantic 3 Building site right in front of us and it’s going to kill our view, snd darken our apartment. Along with the fact that Street Parking will be insane here. Had I known this, I may have moved somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com
Stay away
September 6, 2018The only perk is that it is across the street from the beach. There are cockroaches everywhere. Management is awful and does not care about the tenants. Stay far away from here.Review from Apartments.com
