Nice finishes, poor management.
August 20, 2015We moved into this apartment in February and had no heat for nearly 3 weeks. When Icon (the building management company) came to install our radiators, the plumbers Wally and his son, that work for Icon stole our MacBooks! They also stole other people's macs in the building. The company refused to do anything about it. They didn't even give us an abatement on our rent for not having heat. This company is truly the worst. The apartment itself is over the boiler, so it gets VERY HOT in the ...summertime. The finishes are nice--exposed brick walls, marble bathroom and tiny marble counter in the kitchen. The back bedroom is very tiny. It's 79" wide, but I've made it work by getting a lift bed that I can walk under. Overall, this place would be a great value if our property wasn't stolen by the management company.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
