September 13, 2021I have lived in this building for 10 years now. When the new management took over the building, better changes were made for the overall building. September 17, 2015Lived on 7th street for one year in an amazing stress free environment. Parking is gated and in eye veiw, stainless steel appliances with modernized kitchen and bathroom. unlike parking on the side of the road or no updates on a place built 1980s. August 22, 2015This apartment complex is great. Landlord is nice and quick to respond. All utlities included so that is a stress reliver. But the only thing that is a bit of a bother is the small parking lot available for the place. It is high in cost and not always comfortable to park in.
