1 Bedroom Flex
August 13, 20151. The Building: the entrance is nice and entirely renovated. New laundry drop off/return boxes just installed for convenience because the appliances in the laundry room are awful and always broken. All of the hallways have also been redone very nicely. The roof is massive and beautiful - definitely the best feature of the entire building. The super is also fantastic. 2. The Apartment: pricey for the amount of space you get. Actual rooms are very good sizes though, even the flex. Tons of ...closet space. You can tell they went with the least expensive appliances because the shelves on the door of the fridge are all broken after living there for only 5 months, the oven is impossible to turn on, and the cabinets break constantly. Kitchen is extremely cramped. 3. Management (Benchmark): THE WORST. Awful. Extremely rude and condescending, unresponsive, and charges a 15% broker fee on every apartment. Biggest waste of money ever. Overall I will admit certain features of the building are nice, but you can find a bigger apartment owned by a responsible management company for cheaper.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
