Not a Good Place
November 17, 2018It's a decent price for the size in KC, but it isn't in the best shape. The Landlord doesn't respond often, if at all, and the agent usually doesn't like to be contacted. The outlets have obvious fire damage, and water damage to some of the ceilings. Some units don't have any smoke or CO2 detectors in them. All of the tenants are friendly and helpful, and the building is very pet friendly. There is a police station just down the road, and all the doors have chains and deadbolts on them. The ...neighborhood itself isn't bad, and you'll have quick access to almost everything, including a dog park. It's a bit of a drive to the laundromat, since there is no on-site laundry. The gas meters, and fuse boxes are in the basement, but only the Landlord has access to those so please take that into consideration. I advise you to live here only if you can't afford to live somewhere else, or simply have no other options.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
