Loved living here!
May 2, 2022Lived here from 2016-2019 under the old management, in two separate units (upgraded from a 1 to 2 bedroom). The building was so super quiet, especially if you have a rear facing apartment. There is no elevator or laundry but it’s also New York, so I’m not sure who would expect that. The only issues I did have happened at the end of my time living here with the new superintendent and some maintenance that never got done. Overall, I miss this place and the only reason I moved out is because I moved ...out of state!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Super cute place
August 25, 2015The apartment is adorable. It's a small space but has room for everything my roommate and I need. The subways are only a few minutes walk away and there is an amazing coffee shop on the same block that I live for. The building does not have laundry or an elevator but there are plenty of laundromats and cleaners nearby. The superintendents are also super nice and helpful and live in the building next door.Review from Apartments.com

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
