Poorly managed
June 30, 2021Fairly nice apartments, but management of this building is super poor. Dirty, many things that break, and almost impossible to get in touch with the super to fix anything. Stay far away from this building until the current management company (Bedford & Gates, subsidiary of Renaissance Realty, which is known for horrible practices) sells this building.Review from Apartments.com
