Spacious, but Management Group Isn't Very Helpful
July 29, 2015The apartments in this building are big and great for one to two people. They are all one bedroom though some of the rooms have lofts in the bedroom. The walls, unfortunately, are a little thin though, so depending on the neighbors, it can get a little noisy. I was luck enough to have some pretty good neighbors and only heard them once in awhile. An exterminator comes once a month, which is great especially in the city though there is little warning about when the exterminator is coming. It's ...normally some time in the morning of the first week of the month. The rental paperwork takes place with the landlord's management group, but after the rental paperwork is signed, they are not helpful for anything. You must call to make your own appointments if you need anything fixed. There is a parking lot behind the building that requires a parking pass. The streets around the building though are normally pretty open, so parking is not too much of a problem. Finally, the apartment is really close to both Drexel and Penn. It takes no more than 15 min to walk to any of the University City buildings. For getting anywhere else in the city, there is both a trolly and a subway stop about 4 blocks away that take 5 min. to walk to.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
