The neighborhood is very quiet and is surrounded by single family homes which allows for plenty of parking. We are also located 0.5 miles from the Balboa trolley stop. This central location will allow you to get anywhere in the area very easy. This is a smoke-free property and ask that no smoking be allowed on the property. We are looking for tenants to stay at least a year. Enjoy tree top ocean and bay view living and enjoy the SeaWorld fireworks, beautiful sunsets and ocean breezes from the comfort of your private large patio. *NEW FEATURE - Fully Enclosed Fence and Gate are completed and not shown in these pictures.** Pictures really do not do this home justice. Schedule a viewing today. ** Please note that this house is only available for rent from April 15th, 2025. ** Tenants occupy house until April 2025, viewings scheduled at tenants availability.
